Earlier, on March 10, Pakistan Hindu Council (PHC) had decided to dedicate this year’s Holi festival to Pakistan.
It announced to hold a colorful mega event on March 20 (today) at the Shri Panchumukhi Hanuman Temple, Soldier Bazar, Karachi in connection with Holi festival and Pakistan Day.
Dr Ramesh Kumar Vankwani, who is also patron-in-chief of Pakistan Hindu Council, said that patriotic Pakistani Hindu community has decided to celebrate the Holi in a different way. The festival will acknowledge the achievements of the founder of the nation and our elders to organise historic Lahore meeting on March 23, 1940 to pass Pakistan Resolution.
