KARACHI: Actor Fawad Khan’s movie Ae Dil Hai Mushkil (ADHM) is caught between rock and a hard place after cinema owners have refused to screen the movie in India for the fear of extremists’ threats, ARY News reported.
The Bollywood flick, Directed by Karan Johar, is scheduled for release on October 28. However, the movie is facing uncertainty about its release after Indian extremist party leader has threatened to beat up those who have worked with Pakistani artists.
It should be noted that Pakistanis artists have left India after hard-line Indian parties have told them to leave the country following the attack on the Indian military base in Uri sector of Jammu and Kashmir.
While an artist is world wide regarded as ambassador of peace, the Indian extremists did not just stop here but they have threatened against screening Pakistani actors in any Bollywood movie.
