ARY Films has just released the teaser of long-awaited flick Baaji today and it looks intense as you dive into it. With a gripping start, the teaser unveils Meera as the actress whose career is declining, Amna Ilyas who is a small town girl with bigger dreams, and Osman Khalid Butt as an aspiring filmmaker who is really striving to make a difference.
The teaser then opens a window into Meera’s life oozing grandeur and then Amna’s transition from a girl with goals to a diva. The director who needed a face like Marilyn Monroe apparently decides to choose Amna over Meera.

The closing scene of the teaser reveals Meera trying to take her revenge from Amna along with a potpourri of scenes depicting fighting sequences between Mohsin Abbas Haider and Ali Kazmi. It also incorporates veteran superstars like Nayyar Ejaz and Nisho Begum.
Apart from exquisite cinematography, the storyline of Baaji appears to be a battle between the old and new Pakistani cinema. It seems to be a war between the prima donna Meera and a rather new starlet Amna Ilyas for the throne of the most successful actress.

Apart from Meera’s pristine acting, the performances of Amna Ilyas, Osman Khalid Butt, Ali Kazmi, and others look promising too. Meera is surely outdoing herself, setting newer benchmarks of masterful acting and immaculate style through Baaji.
Helmed by Saqib Malik, Baaji is written by Irfan Ahmed Urfi and co-written by Saqib himself. The cinematography is done by the ace director of photography Suleman Razzak having Zeb Bhangash, Taha Malik, Tafu and Jamal Rehman as its key musicians.
We are certain, Baaji, which is releasing on the 28th of June 2019, will not only garner exceptional love and praise but is also likely to top all charts of the Pakistani cinema scene.
