The ATC reissued black warrant of Ikram ul Haq after the aggrieved party refused to pardon him.
Earlier on January 8, Ikram had escaped execution at the nick of time at Kot Lakhpat prison, when his family approached the magistrate telling him that the opposite party has forgiven him.
Lahori will now be taken to the gallows on January 17.
