ISLAMABAD: An anti-terrorism court of Islamabad has issued three non-bailable warrants of the Founder of MQM, ARY News reported on Islamabad.
The court during a hearing against the hate speeches of the MQM founder against the armed forces issued warrants in three cases.
The court also ordered the law enforcement agencies to arrest and present him before the court in the next hearing of the case on March 16.
Three cases were filed against the MQM founder at Kohsar, Secretariat and Bhara Kahu police stations of Islamabad.
Moreover, Sindh High Court adjourned hearing of the bail plea of two MQM workers Jawed Shaukat and Hassan Alam for an unspecified date due to absence of their lawyer.
The accused had been charged for their involvement in rioting, arson attack, murder and attempt to murder after listening a hate speech of the MQM founder against the country and the security agencies.
