According to details, police carried out a raid at Sohanjro Pir Bari in Khanpur Mahar area and nabbed eight dacoits said to be involved in various heinous crimes. They were taken to an undisclosed location for interrogation.
The law enforcement agencies also destroyed five hideouts of the dacoits in the targeted operation.
Policemen were deployed at all entry and exit routes of Khanpur Mehar during the targeted operation.
