The Speaker in his letter stated that despite efforts, resignations of the PTI members could not be verified, whereas the letter is being forwarded to the ECP for the sake of information.
Sources told that the commission cannot take any action on the basis of the letter written by the Speaker Ayaz Sadiq.
It was further reported that the letter had no mention regarding the fate of PTI resignations.
