PESHAWAR: A bench of Peshawar High Court on Thursday sent notice to the secretary foreign affairs in contempt of court case with regard to drone strikes, ARY News reports.
A division bench of PHC headed by the Chief Justice summoned reply from the secretary foreign affairs within 20 days.
The Foundation of Fundamental Rights had filed a petition in the high court, in which it contended that the drone attacks are violation of the fundamental human rights.
