“We are in the same film but we are not opposite each other, in the literal sense,” Bollywood beauty Deepika Padukone told an Indian Radio channel about her upcoming movie alongside rumoured boyfriend Ranveer Singh.
The couple, monikered by their fans as Deep-Veer, has long had avoided disclosing about their relationship, however, in a recent interview Deepika revealed that Ranveer was her boyfriend.
Describing her on-screen relation with Ranveer, she said, “I feel like it is a very very special pairing and we would want for us to come together when it is required to keep it fresh, whether it is Ram Leela or it is Bajirao Mastani, however, I cannot say about Padmavati, to be honest, because we are in the same film but we are not opposite each other.”
“In the literal sense I think we work very well with each other. There is a lot of trust. There is a lot of honesty. We are very transparent with each other and there is a lot of honesty when we look at each other and perform and that’s what makes good chemistry,” she said.

It is pertinent to note here that Deep-Veer’s upcoming movie “Padmavati” is facing controversy after controversy since its announcement. Just yesterday, the film’s director Sanjay Leela Bhansali came to the film’s defense and said that he made it with a lot of sincerity, hard work and responsibility.
The film is scheduled to release on December 1.
