Commandos to guard railway stations in Balochistan

Provincial government of Baluchistan made the decision in view of increasing number of blasts along railway track in different parts of the province as well as the targeting of citizens.

The process of deployment of Railways Police commandos at Quetta, Sibbi, Chaman and Mach railway stations was kicked off on Tuesday.

Superintendent (DS) Railways Quetta, Faiz Muhammad Bugti told that in addition to the deployment of commandos, some other clandestine measures have also been taken for the safety of life and possession of the passengers.

The decision came after recent blasts along railway track in Quetta, Bolan, Sibbi, Dera Murad Jamali and other areas.
