The provincial minister, who was in Islamabad on an official trip, met the Federal Finance Minister for Water and Power Khawaja Asif on Tuesday in which Shah requested Asif to include power projects in the country’s electricity grid including the Wind Power Project.
However, the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz’s leader said that any decision regarding the inclusion of Wind Power Project or any other power project for that matter into the fold of the national grid would be taken following comprehensive planning and consultation with stakeholders.

During his meeting with the water and power minister in the federal capital, Sindh chief minister also discussed power payable dues of Rs 17 billion on the Sindh government.
Secretary Water and Power Younus Dagha was also present in the meeting between the two ministers in Islamabad today.
Sindh Chief Minister was also expected to meet the country head of the World Bank and Federal Finance Minister Ishaq Dar in a bid to deliberate on the National Finance Commission Award (NFC) and other matters of interest.
