KARACHI: Chief Minister Sindh Syed Qaim Ali Shah has directed for action and registration of FIR against ‘plain-clothed’ guards operating illegally in the province, ARY News reported Wednesday.
The CM took notice of presence of illegal security guards in private vehicles, instead of police or Rangers officials.
He directed the home secretary Sindh, DG Rangers and inspector general Sindh to initiate action against owners of such vehicles and plain-clothed guards in the province.
The chief minister said such guards were becoming a symbol of terror among citizens and raising level of insecurity among them.
The provincial government will not tolerate any such happenings in Sindh and all these elements will strictly be dealt under law warned the CM.
