CM Murad visits Karachi Eat food festival, takes selfies with public

KARACHI: Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah on Sunday said that he was satisfied to see the people of this city reaping the fruits of best law and order by organizing festivals and attending them in record large number.


This he said while talking to media during his visit to Karachi Eat Food Festival which he visited without protocol. He entered the festival through a queue for commoners and purchased entry ticket for Rs300.

The chief minister visited a stall organised by special children. He bought sweets from his personal money and himself had them and gave to the people accompanied with him. The special children hugged the chief minister, kissed him with love and enjoyed his company.

Murad visited a stall where he enjoyed different food items such as kababs, haleem, burger, chicken boti, sweet dishes and other items and this bill was paid by Education Minister Jam Mehtab.

People gathered at the stall where the CM had dinned. He kept enjoying food while people, particularly the young ones, children, girls and elderly kept taking selfies with him.

The chief minister said that Karachi had become peaceful where people were free to enjoy their life with their families.

“The food festival has pulled huge a crowed and this is the sign of peaceful, electrifying, happy and thrilling Karachi. “Today in the festival I have also enjoyed with the people,” he said.
