According to sources, Opposition Leader Khursheed Shah had recommended Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif to hold a closed-door meeting of the parliamentary heads, which was given a nod by the premier.

Earlier in the day, the prime minister in his address with the Parliament had said that his government is awaiting a ‘message’ from Istanbul regarding the matter.
PM Sharif had said that there are a few things which cannot be revealed during the session and a closed-door meeting of the political heads will be called to decide on the matter.
He had also clarified in today’s sitting that his government has not reached a final decision, however a strategy will be devised keeping in view the recommendations presented inside the Parliament.
