According to details, the workers were performing expansion work on tunnel no. 4 of Tarbela dam when the shuttering of the project came crashing down.
The three Chinese engineers were killed on the spot while the injured persons were shifted to a medical facility for treatment of their injuries.
It should be noted that Tarbela Dam is being completed with the help of Chinese experts.
