CM Buzdar terms corrupts real enemies of Pakistan

LAHORE: Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar on Sunday said that the elements involved in corruption were the real enemies of Pakistan and the nation.

According to a statement released from his office, Usman Buzdar said that menace of corruption was a major obstacle in the progress of the country.

He said that they were working by day and night with the determination of absolute elimination of corruption under the vibrant leadership of Prime Minister Imran Khan.

The chief minister said that current government was promoting the trend of transparency in public affairs and added that zero tolerance policy against corruption was yielding positive results.

He said that the government was taking effective measures to eradicate corruption by promoting transparency.

He said that the corrupt elements filled their pockets and left our national exchequer empty. Furthermore he said that PTI wanted across the board accountability and added that there was no room for these elements in Naya Pakistan.

He said, “Our agenda is transparent Pakistan and transparency of our government’s policies is being applauded round the globe.”

Under the dynamic leadership of Imran Khan Pakistan would achieve that destination of development which was dreamt by Quaid-e-Azam, he added.
