This incident took place at Chakri Road where unknown motorcyclists shot Amina and fled from the scene of the incident.
Police officials claimed that she was killed over a matrimonial dispute, and was supposed to get married tonight when the incident happened.
Eyewitnesses said the police were immediately informed after the incident, but arrived late due to which the assailants managed to escape.
Her body was shifted to the mortuary of District Headquarters Hospital, and was later handed over to her family members who appeared inconsolable over her death.
