According to details, ATC judge Sohail Ikram in the Tuesday hearing of the case, ordered DSP Idrees Rathore to personally ensure the compliance of the court orders about arrest of the chiefs of the two political parties along with other accused, nominated in the case.
It should be mentioned here that enraged workers of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) had severely injured SSP Islamabad Asmatullah Junejo by beating him up during the sit-in in Red Zone of the federal capital in 2014.
The law enforcement agencies had registered FIR of the incident against the party chiefs Tahir-ul-Qadri, Imran Khan and their workers involved in the violent incident.
Earlier, ATC Islamabad had declared Imran Khan and Tahirul Qadri as proclaimed offenders in the case.
