The murder case of the 12 year old boy was heard by ATC Judge Bushra Zaman.
According to the prosecution, Abdullah and Ali Raza kidnapped 12 year old Murtaza from Lala Musa and demanded Rs. five million ransom. They strangulated the child after receiving the ransom money.
The judge handed two killers death penalty after finding them guilty of the murder. The court, however, acquitted two women accused giving them benefit of doubt.
