Images from the set of the film ‘PK’ have been released, which show Sharma sporting a contemporary look.
With her hair cropped, the actress wears a beige trench coat. She is seen in the image sitting on a bench talking to director Rajkumar Hirani.
Her look for the film contrasts starkly with that of Aamir Khan and Sanjay Dutt, who have been seen in film posters dressed in bandwala outfits.
Khan has also appeared dressed as a policeman and near-naked, which caused controversy in August.
So far little has been officially revealed about the Band Baaja Baaraat star’s role.
Khan has said that the film, in which he reportedly plays an alien, is the most important and challenging of his career.
Starring Sharma, Khan, Dutt and Sushant Singh Rajput, PK is scheduled to release on December 19.
