Days after the untimely demise of Satish Kaushik, Anupam Kher requested people to not speculate on the cause of his death and rather give the veteran a dignified exit.
At the prayer of the late actor on Monday, Kher was spotted interacting with media reporters as he remembered the colleague and best friend in good words. “I have been trying to find a photo of Satish [Kaushik] in which he’s not smiling. I couldn’t find it,” he said in the video published by an Indian paparazzo account on social media.

The veteran also asked the reporters to see if they could find the same for him.
Moreover, Kher spoke about the rumours surrounding the cause of death. He told the media people, “I think we should give the man a dignified exit and not make these speculations, because he lived a dignified life. He needs a dignified exit.”
“All these rumours should end today with this pooja. Thank you,” he concluded.
Apart from Kher, several showbiz personalities including actors Tannishtha Chatterjee, Vidya Balan, Gulshan Grover, Maniesh Paul, Padmini Kohlapure, Tanvi Azmi, Jackie Shroff, Pankaj Kapur, Supriya Pathak and Moushumi Chatterjee, along with Boney Kapoor, Ramesh Taurani David Dhawan, Abbas Mastan, Vivek Agnihotri, Baba Azmi and Javed Akhtar among others stopped by Kaushik’s residence to their respects.
To note, prominent Indian actor-director Satish Kaushik, 66, passed away after suffering a heart attack on March 9, his close friend and Bollywood veteran Anupam Kher confirmed.

“He [Kaushik] felt uneasy and he told the driver to take him to the hospital and on the way he suffered a heart attack around 1 am,” Kher told the media.
The late actor is survived by his wife and daughter.
