Speaking on the occasion, star cricketer Shahid Afridi expressed hope that team Pakistan will perform well in the upcoming World Cup.
He vowed to give his 100 per cent to make Pakistan win in the mega event.
“This is my last World Cup and I want to make it memorable”, said Afridi. He praised skipper Misbah-ul-Haq for maintaining unity among team members.
“Team will do well under the leadership of Misbah”, underlined Afridi.

National cricket team is due to depart for New Zealand on January 21 for the two-match ODI series against the Black Caps. Following that, Pakistan will fly to Sydney for its warm-up games before moving on to Adelaide for its much-awaited first high-voltage encounter against India on February 15.
