Students belonging to different universities participated in Unilever Talent Hunt (UTH) 2014, which was won by the team of Institute of Business Management (IoBM).
Unilever shortlisted thirteen teams representing eleven different universities and mentored them for four weeks and also provided fund to test their ideas on-ground. Analyzing the performance of all thirteen, six of them were picked for grand finale that held at Avari Towers on January 14.
In the grand finale teams gave wonderful performances while the judges after evaluating their performances declared IoBM as winner of the contest.
The winner of the competition would get the direct access to the Unilever Leaders Program Assessment Centre which is the first step towards employment at Unilever.
Unilever is operating over 100 countries across the globe and was established in Pakistan in the year 1948.
