According to sources, Pakistan’s federal government has planned a final crackdown against protestors belonging to the two parties and the operation can start any time on Tuesday.

More than 3000 tear gas shells have been brought to the capital city  to be used against protestors inside the red zone in Islamabad.

Radio Pakistan, Pakistan Television and Margalla Road is witnessing the arrival of heavy contingents of police personnel.

Imran Khan addresses protestors

Hearing the news, PTI chief Imran Khan reached the spot and addressed his party men to boost their morale.

Speaking to protesters, he said that Nawaz Sharif is not only ruling the country like his own fiefdom but is also trying to defame Pakistan’s armed forces by blaming the sacred institution of backing me.

He claimed that the ruling Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) was not ready to fulfill even one of our demands and it is because of people power and your protest that the rulers are ready for everything except PM’s resignation.

Imran Khan lauded the police personnel who rebelled and refused to open fire at protestors.

The Police Rebellion

Police is watching a new trend with officers refusing to obey orders regarding torture on protestors.

The lady who set the trend was Punjab’s Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Khadija Nasim who resigned while SSP Islamabd Muhammad Ali who too left his post said that the police are getting orders to fire upon protestors crossing the chain of command.

DSP City Mustansir also refused to register cases against Imran Khan and Tahir-ul-Qadri. In a strange precedent SP Captain Ilyas refused to take charge as S.S.P.

Now, DIG Operations Tahir Alam is shifted to Islamabad from Karachi and has been given additional charge of I.G Islamabad.
