PESHAWAR: The ulema and muftis from different parts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on Thursday announced to observe Ramazan and Eid on the same date, with rest of the country, which will be announced by the Central Ruet-e-Hilal Committee.
The announcement was made at a meeting of ulema at Madrassa Quran in Peshwar headed by Naib Mufti Abdul Munim Haqqani of Darul Uloom Haqqania, Akora Khattak. The meeting was attended by Mufti Sardar of Darul Uloom Thall, Mufti Maghfoor-ru-Rehman and Maulana Ahmed Shah Qureshi from Lakki Marwat, President Jamia Imdadul Uloom Sheikhul Hadith Maulana Saeedullah Shah and other religious scholars in large number.
