Fish is rich in protein and vitamin B12. Protein is essential constituent of living cells, hence necessary for human beings. Need for protein increases when fasting, as your intake of food drops off.
Here we are sharing with you a recipe of Green Fish Kebab, which you would like to eat after Iftar.
Ingredients
Fish 1/2 kg
Salt to taste
Soya Sauce 2 tbsp
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Hot sauce 1 tbsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Paprika 1/2 tsp
Bread slices 2-3
Green Chilies 3-4
Fresh Coriander 1/2 cup
Egg 1
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Flour 2 tbsp
Oil for frying.
Method
1. In a chopper add everything except egg and flour
2. When everything is well mixed take the mixture out in a bowl
3. Add one egg and flour and mix it well.
4. Make kebabs and shallow fry them till golden brown in color
