RAWALPINDI: Six members of a family were gunned down by their own relative in a shooting incident in Rawalpindi on Wednesday, ARY News reported.
Sources sad that a youngster named Hamza shot dead six of his relatives over a domestic dispute. A woman was also injured in the firing incident.
Rescue 1122 teams arrived at the scene and shifted the injured woman to a hospital.
Police said that the suspect was identified through the injured woman who stated that the shooter is a nephew of one of the slain relatives named Fouzia.
The law enforcement agencies said that two bodies were recovered from one house while four corpses were found from the other.
The bodies were also shifted to a medical facility for post-mortem.
