The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has forecast that a system of western winds would enter into Pakistan on Monday, which would make the weather pleasant with start of intermittent gusty winds and heavy raining in Islamabad, FATA, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Punjab, Gilgit-Baltistan and Kashmir.

While in the next 24 hours, weather is likely to remain hot and dry in most parts of the country, forcasted PMD.

It has been several days since Pakistan has been facing extreme hot weather in its most parts. Some people have reportedly been died from heatwave in Karachi.

The tragedy of heatwave in 2015 claimed about 1,300 lives. Reason for most of the deaths last year is being speculated to be sluggishness of the Sindh government, unawareness, power breakdown and insufficient health facilities.

This time the heatwave likely to show its wrath  in Karachi again amid the authorities claims of being prepared to face any emergency situation in scorching summer days.
