Pakistan Rangers (Sindh) on Saturday produced Deputy Director KDA Atif Khan before the ATC, who was arrested from Malir a couple of days ago.
The paramilitary force requested the court to grant 90 days custody of the accused, which the ATC approved.
It is pertinent to note here that the law enforcers have claimed, “Atif Khan had gathered nearly 17 billion rupees through China-cutting and illegal allotment of lands, which he transferred to Muttahida Qaumi Movement’s London secretariat through a man called Chunno Mamo”.
Atif is also accused of killing two people.
Meanwhile, the court also approved 90-day detention of two more MQM workers Fahad and Irfan, who were arrested from FB Area for collecting Fitra.
